-
Represented seller in connection with the sale of
one of the largest remaining contiguous tracts of land in Denton County,
Texas to major national developer. This tract was not within the corporate
limits of any municipality, but was within overlapping extraterritorial
jurisdictions of several small, anti-growth municipalities in the
immediate vicinity. Water and sewer availability and other infrastructure
availability and financing were major development constraints, coupled
with platting and potential annexation controls exerted by surrounding
municipalities. Creative use of special use districts were used with
other strategies to address various issues. The selling party worked
closely with the buyer/developer over an eighteen month period to
achieve these challenging objectives.

with acquisition, equity participation, financing and development
of premier developments in upscale planned communities in Bexar, Collin,
Denton, Tarrant, Travis and Williamson Counties, Texas. Complex entity

and satisfy technical requirements of senior and subordinate lenders.

in the projects with some of the largest financial institutions in
the nation.
