Brent Clark was born in Murray, Kentucky on August 31, 1964 and was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 2004.

Mr. Clark received his J.D. degree from Baylor Law School in 2004 and his B.A. and M.B.A. degrees from the University of Georgia in 1987 and 1988, respectively. While attending law school, he clerked two summers with the legal department at RadioShack Corporation in Fort Worth, Texas.

Prior to attending law school, Mr. Clark was Vice President, Sales and Marketing, for four years for Maintenance Group Management, Inc., an entrepreneurial building and property management company in Fort Worth. Prior to that, he was a Brand Manager for almost nine years for The Coca-Cola Company in the Foods Division (now the Minute Maid Company) in Houston, Texas.

Mr. Clark is currently a member of the Tarrant County Bar Association and the Fort Worth-Tarrant County Young Lawyers Association. In addition, Mr. Clark is a District Commitee member of the Trinity Trails District of the Longhorn Council, Boy Scouts of America. He is a Kentucky Colonel, an Eagle Scout, Vigil Member of the Order of the Arrow, and a Congressional Gold Award recipient.
